My Name is Jignesh Gamanbhai Patel. In February 2007 I have taken Bajaj Pulsar 18 ug3 registration number GJ21N2789 from Ajay Bajaj Chikhali and they have made finance from Bajaj Finance with agreement number 433041945 of 54000/-. As per the schedule they have given me EMI of 2029 and on their request I opened bank account with a local Sahakari bank which also give me trouble as later they infor me that I have to Pay extra \"vatav\" charges for all checks 55 rs. So now my EMI goes to 2094 per month.
After that every month I deposit amount in bank and they cash3it. But in between that my 3 to 4 checks got bounce because of financial crisis but I do pay that amount to recovery agent so i paid the amount in time only 10-15 days here and there. In March 2010 i receive a notice from their lawyer as i have to pay my 35-36 emi of Rs 2800 that I immediately pay at Surat regional office and they told me that my loan is closed and I will receive documents shortly. But I didint receive any documents. I called their customer care number 100s of times and everytime they gave me complaint id and assurance that they willfinish matter soon. Then I almost forget this. In January I went to buy my first car after selecting car I pay booking amount and apply for Loan. But for my bad luck they reject it because I have some due with Bajaj Finance and my name is there in CIBIL. SoI immediately contacted them and lodge a complaint on their web site. Soon I receive response from Ahmedabad office that I have to pay some amount after that they will remove my name from CIBIL and will provide me NOC. After talking with them I immediately paid amount 3787 to Vadodara office and they assured me everything will be shorted out.

Now after 3 months still my name is in the CIBIL list they have Make the entry in WRITE OFF list. Now can anyone help me out what is the customer's fault. I truely accept that my 3-4 check bounce but i paid the amount for that and I paid what ever amount they ask without arguing but when I ask them to remove my name from CIBIL they strictly deny. Now because of this I cant get any loan. Now what can I do even I ask them to pay extra amount if required but they strictly say NO as they are enjoying this scenario where customer like me suffer because of this. Even I send them one web url for Times of India Bnagalore edition where it has stated that Banks cant list people defaulter who settle their creditcard dues but thet argue that they are not able to open the page. if you want you can check following link



I want nothing except that my name should be remove from list even though for that I can pay extra amount if they ask though which is not require as I already paid more then what it should be.

But I request you please help me in this matter. Please stop this private firms to behave like Hitler for small costumers like me I am coming from middle class family and want to go up but thsese people will not allow me to go. Please help.
