I have taken a laptop on EMIs from lenovo laptop shop in Domlur in Jan 2009.
They did the finance from Bajaj Auto finance on 0% EMI.
They gave me a small slip and told me that the office is too far i.e. in Rajaji nagar So I will be getting all the documents through courier at my home address.
They took 4 months Advance EMI as Down payment and Since then EMIs started deducting from my account on 5th of every month but Neither anyone for the address verification nor the courier came to me.
Now 6 EMIs have been done and 2 were left.

I am having some financial problem so I was about to take some personal loan from one of the banks for which this EMIs should be closed first.
I called their Branch Manager on Phone and also on the Branch office landline no. but no one was picking up the phone.
I went to the Office in Rajaji nagar but to my surprise they told me that they are unable to find my name in their database.
The manager there asked me for contact details so that as soon as he find out the problem he will call me or mail me.
But after that he has not called me and they are not picking up the phone as well.

I read reviews on net to know about the firm and then came to know that they are doing this to everyone who is in any case connected to them.

They either deduct more no of EMIs and make profit or sometimes do not deduct any EMI and charge huge amount of late fees.

Plz tell me what to do and help me coz I am already having financial trouble.
If they did the same thing to me which they did to everyone else then I would be in a lot of debt.

Last Wednessday when I again called Bajaj Auto loan dept. Their manager Ravichandra told me that he has misplaced my contact details as well as my bank details.
I again gave him all the details on Phone and he told me he will be calling me within 1-2 hours but he didn't called.
On thursday I again called him and asked what has happened.
He told me that he has not found out my name or details in the Database but my account details and my account no is written in someone else's loan account details.
Then he told me that he will rectify the error and will call me before thursday evening.
When he again doidn't call then I again tried calling him the whole friday and saturday.
On saturday at around 3'o clock he picked up the phone and told me that he will tell me before evening.
At around 5:30 he mailed me that On saturdays there customer database dept works half day so he will get in touch on Monday.
Now Again on monday I tried calling him from 9 in the morning but uptill 12:30 thr was no response.
Then I thought of going thr.
I reached thr at around 1:45PM but the guard told me to wait uptill 3'o clock bcoz Mr. Ravichandra was having lunch.
I waited for half an hour and then told him that I need to reach my office back but he was not even willing to talk.

At around 2:50 he came to me and said that Mam I told you not to come to the office without talking to me.
I asked him that when he is not even picking up the phone then how can I talk to him??
But he was not listening anything and again said that I will rectify everything and then let me know.

Now I am stuck with these people and they are not even trying to help me come out of this loop hole.
He is telling me that I can give you the NOC but it will come in the name of that particular person whose account details are thr with my bank details.
I don't know what to do and where to go to ask for help.

I am financially in such a big problem that due to tension My health is going down day by day and these people are just helping it go down much more very fast.

Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of the BAJAJ Finance about your problem, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

I will definitely do the needfull..
But my prob is they have never send me the documents related to this Laptop loan.
So In this case I don't have any proof but only the bank Documents showing the ECS deducted every month from my Salary account in the name of Bajaj Consumer Finance.

So I even don't have any correspondence address of thr CMD or anyone.

Plz if you can Help me in this regard.

Bajaj Finance: I had taken a consumer loan with Bajaj Finance and I was paying a monthly installment of Rs.5,000/- a year after the completion of payment, one fine day people from Bajaj finance woke up and calls me and tells me that one of my cheque has bounced and I will have to pay a sum of Rs.5000/-. As the account is old I do not have any records of the same so I told Bajaj that to bring me the bounced cheque and I will pay the money due. Other than calling me and threatening me time and now of the consequence of going to court they till date they have nether gone to court of, brought back the cheque to me. Instead they have listed my name in the defaulters list.

On 17-11-2009 they send me a message saying “Reminder for the legal notice issued on 10-Nov 09 for outstanding in your loan 404148625 pay immediately to avoid legal proceedings, Contact 9844614433”

Consumer loans are given with postdated cheques, They claim that one of my cheque is bounced the simplest way to solve the problem is bring my cheque back and collect the payment. I have told them a hundred times. My creditability is more important than just Rs.5000/-, but if every one ignores such instance banks will start taking every one for a ride, I will fight till the end.

Information systems of Indian banks and some corporate lack Security, Integrity and Authenticity whereby hindering the creditability, privacy and anonymity of ignorant public.

Reasons why they take advantage of customers.
• Human errors are diverted to innocent customers
• Misappropriation of accounts for personal benefit
• Tallying of corporate balance sheets grading customers as defaulters into suspense account.

I had taken a loan in the year 2007 and given all the cheques to Bajaj Auto Fianance , My name is CECIL SEBASTIAN THOMAS and now had send a notice before some days that you are defaulter of the bank and not payed RS 1335/ ,If the bank had lost the chaque I am not the defaulter and now i am facing problem in other loan formalities, so what should I do now ,in my bank statement there is no Bounce of cheque and the funds were available in my account .Else the bank have to give me in written that it was your mistake. so what should i do now shall i take any action so is there any way.
