My Muthoot Finance Gold loan Account no:0006518

I get gold loan against security of Gold necklace.
At the time of loan, the condition of said necklace is good & sound. While when I get return my gold necklace after repayment of loan amount (principal + Interest). I found that parts of necklace are broken & some parts are missing. I bring this into the notice of branch manager. She told me that they are not having any idea about this.

Kindly advice the further course of action & to whom should I contact for this grievance?

Robbery Finance is Muthoot

i kept my gold bangle in this muthoot finance. v cannot say nothing wrong with them,they are well versed in cutting out the designs in the jewels. i don't kw y these people s robing like this with the name of finance. they might go to some 2 or 3 houses and rob. what a cheating finance s this.. surely they have to face the consequences.whom can i contact regarding this. people should be aware of this.

u need to contact branch manager and ask for the regional manager to come and slove this issue they will get repair , nothing to worry.
