I want to file a complaint against JINDAL FINANCE COMPANY , New Delhi. The particular has given loan advertisement in the news paper about loan in 2 days etc and the advertisement was given in Dainik Jagran 30 April,2011 .I was really fed off with the long procedure by the banks so i contacted them. Really they called me several times and asked my Educational certificates through email by sanning. The next day i have emailed my certificates they send their account number on my phone and instruct me submitt Rs:2500/-(3 May 2011) and Rs:10900/-(7 May 2011).
and after that they never picked my phone and if i regularly called them they switchoff it.

A fraud is done with me ,so please help me out on this matter
