i bought a activa scooty in january 2011 from the honda showroom, sector-15, faridabad with the part finance from the family Credit limited company's branch. my loan agreement no. 715541 was sanctioned after submitting 12 complete and uncut post dated monthly cheques of 2500/- each. due to malpractise by the local staff, cheques started been dishonored by the bank and imposed the panelty on me. this could be EVIDENT that cheques were dishonored after company's employee changed the date by overcutting and did FAKE signature of mine over the cheques by himself without my permission. This has happened 3 times till now. company was intimated for this misact at its official email adress. they are not admitting their mistake. now, they are continuously harassing me by making threats on phone calls for pickup of vehical and sending sms of wrong dues on my mobile number. No admission/waiver of unreasonable panelty imposed by the company, for which company is self responsible. Also due to their malpractise, I have to be suffering heavy penalty, imposed by my bank for dishonour of cheques reasoning overcutting on the date part. this causing financial as well as mental loss to me. you are requested to take strict action against the company so that no consumer could be harrassed unreasonably by the financers.
