I Anurodh Jalan pursuing my B.TECH (C.S.E)from Techno India College Of Technology (WBUT)
wants to apply for the loan for which interest has been subsidised by the govt. .
The Manager of the bank says that no circular has come to the bank .But many of my friends
has availed the facility, and i have failed to get it.
