Hi.

This is with reference to a loan which i availed from FULLERTON (two ||wheeler loan) which is closed three months back and i have closed ad well and recd the NOC for the same but whn i appld for a credit card of citibank it got rejected due to bad cibil records so i decd to get my cibil report by paying 142/- and was shicked to see that it reflects to loans in my account from fullertoon so i marked a mail to fullerton but did not get an response so aftr few days j amrkdd a mail again and recd a confirmation over sms that they will get back to me but it never happened and i tried to call on there customer service but they denied to provide any assiatance. So i am stuck here. I am getting my financial status disgraced because of something i have not done. That account shows a outstanding balance but why do i need to pay for something which i have not avaialed. So please suggest what i nedd to do here.
