Angry BAJAJ FINANCE erroneous ECS clearance.

    Hi,

I have purchased a Sony Cybershot digital camera from Chroma (near forum),Bangalore with the help of bajaj finance dated 29th Nov 2008.
TV woth of 15800 INR, 0 % interest and no processing fee.
    I have paid a don payment of Rs.5268 i.e. 4 months EMI.

The EMI is 1317 per month which was suppose to start from Jan 2009 and ends Aug 2009.

But from January onwards the EMI is getting cleared via ECS twice every month.
Till now they have already debited 7 EMIs & I got the sms that the 8th one is scheduled on 15th May!!!!!!

I have already raised this issue to the local manager name Ravichandran, dropped in a good no of mail at this id ravichandrank@bajajfinance.co.in.

But so far no step is taken.
It seems that they don't give a damn to what you are saying & will continue to do what they want even if they understand the situation you are in.

I want to teach this people a lesson so that from the next time they do take things seriously.

Pls do the needful at the earliest & let me know what needs to be done from my side.
I am ready to drag them to the court if needed.

Default My Name was put in cibil werein I was not in fault

    Respected Sir,
I had taken a computer loan approximately 3 year back from Bajaj Finance. Here the problem was I had given post dated cheque of which 3 cheques were cleared, thereafter I changed the company and shifted to new office my earlier a/c was closed. So I asked the agent I will give new cheques, so he informed you can give cash instead. I agreed cash was paid monthly. At the end of the installment he said some of the cheque were deposited and got return, so there is a penalty of one thousand I paid that. I have the receipts for that. All the payments were made thereafter one year later I came to know that my name was put in cibil as defaulter were I was not in fault. And regarding this I am doing follow up with the Bajaj Finance since dec 2008 and I am getting no help. I spoke with Mr Madar Bokil, Vishwajeet Patki, Pritam Shinde and I am not getting any help from them.
    kindly do the needfull

    Regards,
    Saptha

Angry bajaj finance clearing ECS though loan is paid in full.

    Respected sir,
I have taken a laptop from HOUSE OF LAPTOP chinchwad Pune for the cost of 38500. of which i have paid 20000 in advance and they said the remaining amount need to be paid in 8 months with 2487 as as EMI. I have made all the payments on time for 8 months and still they are clearing my ECS its 11th month now. When asked they said i have taken loan of 43000 which was incorrect as i have receipt of it. and as i paid 20000 their records show i have paid only 14000 as advance. so according to their records i have to pay the same EMI for 10 months which amounts about 430000. i have another ECS on my account which was bounced for two consecutive months just because BAJAJ finance put their ECS on my account.now who is going to pay for the loss.

Sir please look into this matter as soon as possible.

Thumbs down Complaint against Bajaj Finance at Chroma Phoenix Mills

I have to say that this company is a fraud. I booked a LG 47 inch LCD as well as a Lenova computer at Chroma Phoenix High Street on the 21st of January 2011. I paid a down payment of Rs.18,828/ on the LCD via my Debit card and delivery was assured on the same day. The EMI's were fixed at Rs. 4,083x14 months for the balance for the full price of the LCD that was for 73,470. I gave a check for the amount of Rs.15,324/ for the Lenova computer as down payment with the EMI's fixed at Rs.3,656x8 months for the balance of the computer costing Rs.40,999/ The delivery did not take place till date although I was assured that both the goods would be delivered to my residence latest on the 24th of January. All day they kept assuring me that the delivery was on the way and now finally at 9.45 pm on the 24th that is today, Ms Pravin from the Bajaj Finance department of Chroma, Phoenix calls me and says that my loan has been rejected on the grounds that I have a Credit Card outstanding of Rs. 1,.00,000? This is utter rubbish as I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD, not ANY! I use only my Debit card. When I asked her which Credit Card am I supposed to be having an outstanding on, she had no answer, she didn't know. How can such a defamatory statement be made by such a reputed finance company? It is insulting to be treated this way and I intend to take this matter to the press. My Customer Delivery Number is 106-227553. Customer Nbr:9041909. Delivery date on receipt: 21 January 2011. This is utter rubbish! Now I have to go after my refund...
