Hi,

I have purchased a Samsung lcd with the help of bajaj finance dated 29th Nov 2008.
TV woth of 15500 INR, 0 % interest and 400 INR as processing fee.
I have paid a don payment of 5568+ INR(4 months EMI + 400 as processing fee).
And the EMI is 1292 per month starts from Jan 2009 and ends Aug 2009.

But the ECS is debited as 2084 from my account.

I have already took this issue to the local manager name Chandrashekar.

But so far no step is taken.

Pls do the needful at the earliest.

I purchased a sony handycom on 21/10/2006 for which I took finance of Rs. 12498 from Bajaj Finance, Hyderabad. I submitted 6 post dated cheques with EMI of Rs.2083/- each. All the EMIs are deducted from my ICICI Hitec City account. But due to Bajaj Finance's mis-management in record keeping one EMI (Cheque no. 368238) is pending in their account. I received repeated calls from their collection dept. and even received letters . Then I talked to Mr. Chandra Sekhar (email proofs are available) and sent Banker's certificate as well as Bank statement through registered post as well as via Fax. There after the issue was cleared by Mr. Chandra Sekhar and he confirmed it through email. After 2 months I got the final statement which shows arrear as 0 and also confirmed the loan is terminated on 09/06/2007.

Now I am again getting SMS to pay Rs.2083/- on my mobile. I do not know what's happening. I tried to call Tarnaka office (Ph. No. 32414106 and 27006431). But they do not answer the calls and terminate the call. Please help me.

I have a personal loan Rs.25000 at Bajaj finance, i am paying the ECS past 1
year and still i have to pay for 1 more year to finish. In this time i have
tried to contacted Bajaj finance in some way for precloser of myloan as im
not in the country to pay the ECS regularly.

Almost three month over now nobody has replied back for my mail and no
proper responces for my call.

Kindly advice on this.

My ECS manadate form is not submitted in my bank, that's why ECS is not linked with my bank a/c. Please submit the same soon, because this time i will not be responsible for ECS bouncing & willnot communicate further because i am following your executive from last week & also made call to customer care pune they had very rudly replied.Loan a/c no 4300cd00001298

Hi,

I have purchased a Samsung Washing Machine,a Glen stove and a Samsung Microwave with the help of bajaj finance dated 03rd Oct 2009.
TV woth of 21600 INR, 0 % interest and 0 INR as processing fee.
I have paid a don payment of 7200+ INR(4 months EMI of Rs 1800 each).

And the EMI is 1800 per month starts from Nov 2009 and ends June 2010.

The Bajaj Finance people called me and said that there was some problem with ECS from ICICI bank and therefore, they sent their representative to collect cash. However, after taking Rs 1800 as cash, the ECS is also debited as Rs 1800 was from my account.

Its been a problem calling them and everytime, I'm given a new no. to call.Their Customer care division told me that money would be refunded but its been a month and nothing has happened!!

I've eevn tried their office in Pune but nobody was able to direct me to the right person!!

I dont know how this issue gets resolved and whether I would recommend any body to take any loan from Bajaj Finance!!

Plz Help!!

This is regardind the loan no 634000092 which i have taken for BAJAJ PULSAR 180cc 0n09 nov 2007 on monthly EMI of 2204. uptill now i have paid all amount. but as my NOC is not handed over to me as i have completed all my formalities. please guide me if any shortfall is their.and also plz inform me NOC will be handed over to me dirctly or through dealer

I took a personal loan from Bajaj finance in July 2008 of Rs 42000/- and it has become a headache for me. The ECS is being cleared every month from the bank a/c and the collection agents still call me and irritate me saying that I have payment due. Their behaviour is also extreme rude and also provocative. I have decided to file a suit in the consumer court. Despite paying the loan correctly, I am being mentally harassed. I am going to the court of law and going to claim damage for mentally harassing me.If anyone who is responsible in Bajaj sees this please contact me @ sandeepsr81@gmail.com

I had purchased a lenevo laptop in Jan 2009. I was working in Infosys at that time. I made a down payment of INR 8000. I had lost my job due to recession and I did not get a proper job for nine months. The companies where I worked ater Infy were not prompt in making the payments due to which I was unable to pay my EMI's of Rs.2960/- per month. They charged me an interest of 7% at the time of purchasing it.

They are harrasing and they lack in ethics. In US these things are treated as a crime and if they do these malpractices they have to shut down the business. India is a secular country like US and some action needs to be taken.

Excess EMI
On 03.10.2009, I purchased LG Washing Machine (7kg) Model no. WF T8019QS for Rs. 15,950/- from Infinity Retail Ltd. (Croma), Ghatkopar, R- City Mall.

For the above article, Rs, 4,980/- was financed by Bajaj Finance @ 0% interest and was to be recovered in 6 EMIs of Rs. 830/- each. The first EMI started on 05.11.2009 when my captioned account was debited with an amount of Rs. 830/-. The full amount of Rs. 4,980/- had been recovered on 05.04.2010.

However, Bajaj Finance is still continuing the recovery of EMI of Rs. 830/- from my above mentioned account on 05.05.2010 & 05.06.2010. They have so far collected excess amount of Rs. 1,660/- from my account which is illegal and without authority. They are not taking my call and not accepting my written requests.They need to be black listed .
