I purchased a Pulsar bike 150cc in november 2009 from Bagga Link Budh Vihar New Delhi. At the time Of purchasing of bike the excutive of bajaj finance Mr Sanjay told me about 21 installment of 2448 Rs after down payment of 19575 Rs and the remaining balance is 43761Rs (Bike on Road Price-63336 Rs) but now the bajaj finance company said you will have to pay 24 installment of 2448 Rs and your loan amount is 47000 Rs .So please tell me what I can do? Please suggest me. I am waiting of Your Reply.

Bajaj Finanace Deducting excess EMI Hi All,
I have taken a loan in Bajaj finance for the purchase of LG LCD television. My regular EMI on a monthly basis is Rs:1729. I see an amount of 3929 is deducted for a different loan account, when i mail and call them no action is taken against reversal. I am extremely disappointed with there approach, kindly assist me a solution.

Quick Solution to issues with Bajaj Finance BEWARE : Be Careful when signing the ECS form as they will fool you to fill in a open ECS form for the value of the product you are getting financed with them. So if you are buying One Lakh worth of products then they will make you fill in a form where they can draw any amount upto 1 lakh from your account every month till 2025. When we ask them why, they will say that is needed. They should actually get a form signed with the maximum amount as EMI amount and then the ending date as your emi ending date. If you are still troubled and having problems send emails to these guys in their company and they will take it up quickly. Rajeev Jain is the CEO of the company and others are their top team. I had issues with these guys and took it up with these guys and got it resolved.
