I took a loan for the Sony Handycam(Customer ID No-97820), cleared all the cheques without any delay and at the last payment of Rs 538 was paid in cash through receipt no-2149980 , dated 30/10/2008 and got the NOC from the company(Bajaj Finance).

Still the Recovery Agent is coming to my Lucknow Resident for the recovery of Rs 538 again and again , using abusive words with my Mother and Sister.

I am sending the photocopies of the NOC, statement and receipt copy to Mr Devesh Pandey at your Lucknow office again for your reference.

Pl do the needful at the earliest to stop this inhuman torture of the recovery agents without any reason else i will drag the company to Human Right commission as well as to consumer court.

You can file a police complaint against recovery agency and recovery agent at your nearest police station.

I have purchased SAMSUNG LCD from Bajaj Electronics on 25/9/2008 with the help of Bajaj Finance. The cost of the LCD was Rs.54,000/-. 4 installments i.e Rs.9000/- paid by me Receipt no: 4761 Date:25/9/2008. The main invoice number is mall by CR by 19811 for Rs.54,000/-. I have to repay the remaining 45,000/- in 20 installments through ECS. I have paid all the installments without any delay but your people are sending ECS advice for 21st installment also. I contracted your finance people and told everything and also i have given receipt numbers immediately after completion of 20installments i.e June 2010. But surprisingly your people have sent the ECS advice again. Because of not maintaining the balance Rs.50/- has been debited to my account unnecessarily and your people telephoning frequently and disturbing us. So please look into the matter and stop me to go to the court of LAW and take civil and criminal activities against your people.

I had purchased a laptop on EMI from Bajaj Finance. After an certain EMI that collection agent that came to take the money from me asked me for extra money saying its his daughters marraige and would pay me back back by next installment. His Name was Srinivas. A month later I got to know that he he quite the job. I called up the collection team to findout details but every time i called i got rude answers. So for certain period of time stopped paying (I was at the same address still)... one fine day after like 6 months I get to know that some one from Bajaj Finance comes and talks rude to my mom. Next day I met him and he asked for the complete payment. I said I would do but wait for a day , he denied and said eitther pay or surrender teh laptop.... frustated I surrendered the laptop and took an aknowledment from the person called Dayakar. This ws in Dec'09.

Now its Aug'10 I get an email from Bajaj Finance asking me to make the complete payment or they will report this to CIBIL and report to Fraud control dept.

If I was a fraud I would have never let the person take away the laptop and would have simply simply siaid I dont live here or could have moved out or some thing I would have done.

I wish I could attach the email and scanned copy of the letter that I got .

I want to share one of my experiences I had with Bajaj Finance. Last Diwali I and my parents finally decided of getting rid of the old box TV and bought an LCD TV, instead. For this, I started hunting for companies that could provide me good offers with affordable EMI’s. The very next day, I happen to speak to one of my friends who suggested me to try Bajaj Finance. I went to their office and was surprised by the offers and hospitality they provided. Within few minutes I was done, all I had to do was submit necessary documents and my loan was sanctioned.

My EMI was for 12 months duration. For initial 6 months I didn't face any problem but for the 7th month EMI, it had debited the amount twice from my bank account through ECS. I visited their website and registered and sent them an email immediately notifying about the debit from my account. I received a response from them within 2 days. They justified the act and explained that due to some technical problem, payment was debited twice. They adjusted my extra debit amount for next EMI and sent an apology letter to me, for inconvenience. Since then I haven’t faced any difficulty. Now my loan duration is about to finish in 2 months.

I have got good response from them. I would recommend everyone to avail loans from Bajaj Finance as service is quite satisfactorily.

I had purchased one LCD TV on EMI from Bajaj Finance in 2007 in Hyderabad. Now I am in Kolkata. Now after 3 years I got a call from hyderabad police saying that non-bailable warrant has been issued against me. On further conversation with the concerned lawyer I was told that my cheques got bounced. I did not get any intimation from Bajaj people regarding it through calls or through email.
I had also given the number of two of my friends as guarantee neither did they get any call. Though sometime back I had got a call from Bajaj people regarding issuing of personal loan which I did not want.They just claimed to send some letters to the mailing address which I had left three years back.
I dont have any problem in settling the amount if it is really due. But I should have been intimated first. Also as far as I remember money had been deducted from my account except may be the last installment but my balance was sufficient for it I dont know why it was not deducted. I thought it was miscalculation on my part then.

As it is 3 years old story I dont remember the details. Now again I have to scourge through my bank accounts. Also the head of bajaj Finance is saying that they will give me the settlement letter afterwards not as soon as I make the payment.
And their laywer is saying they cannot provide me with the bounced cheques.

I sure have to search for a legal option for this hell that they are causing that too on Durga Puja.

[Hi,

I recently availed of a consumer loan from Bajaj FinServ, for which I was told it was a promotional offer and there was no processing fee, etc. I had bought an LG wasing Mcahine from More Hypermarket at Thane Godbunder Road, and ater working out al the exchange offer, etc, th final EMI was calculated at Rs. 1098/month, at 0% interest. While this was getting processed I got a call from Bajaj Alliinze offering me an insurance cover on the loan, to which I declined.

But a month later I get a premium notice from Bajaja Allianze for the very same Insurance that I declined, demanding an amount of Rs. 2154.-, I tried calling them and even sending out emails to them, but all in vain. No one ever got back to us, and finally when someone did, they said they had not received any request for cancellation of the insurance and asked me to send one mor email to them and that they would get back in 24 hours, but that was yesterday noon, still there i no reponse.

To top it all today I checked my account the EMI deducted by them is Rs. 1299/- instead of Rs.1098/-, when I tried calling them about this issue, all I got is a run around.

I never thought a company of the stature of Bajaj, would give their customer susch run around. Am completely exasperated and do not know what to do. And also, till now I have not received my loan document.
