Dear Sir/Madam,
I was appointed as an agent for loans for M/s Sunshine Group Enterprises, Delhi. I was advised to collect files for different type of loans from clients/applicants, Verification officer came for verification and collected processing charges & doc. Charges from clients after verification and after doing all formalities they said that they will dispurse loan on 06/04/09, but they did not turn up till today and there is no answer from them.

What to do?
