i bought a TW loan in HDFC, my account is wit SBI so i opted for ECS clearence of my EMI , all my EMI are cleared without any bounce as per my bank pass book records, but HDFC claims that my first due 5th august 2006 ( RBI ECS sequence no 2012633636) was not recieved by them, as per my records my EMI is debited for that month, there is some internal problem in the ECS problem between SBI,RBI and HDFC, due to this my credit history in CIBIL is negative, i've never bounced ant cheque in my life time,

i want solution for this, i've every proof for this issue, when i approved SBI (HVF avadi branch , Chennai) the are not giving proper response, SBI treat customers as slaves

SBI bank has issued a passbook to you and mention all the transaction details in that, so first go through your passbook and if find any problem then contact to the bank manager and if the bank manager is also not giving you the proper response then contact us again, we will surly guide you accordingly.

I am costumer with SBI Hospet city branch, My account no is 10820754654, and on 2nd April 2009, I tried to withdraw money from Kenra Bank ATM, but, it has given massage that request can't be processed, On the 3rd April I come to know that Rs 10000 is deducted from my account. I am fade up of your services. Day by day they are getting worst. Everyday new problems are occuring. My a/c is salary a/c where in i can keep zero balnace while I am getting the messages that your a/c balance is low it should be minimum 5000. My salary is regularly credited my a/c, then why I am receiving such messages? For this information I called on customer care number, the customer care executives do not give proper infomation always they say we dont have thisinfo or they say we will call you later for this info but I never receive any call from them. When I said I will complain about all this they guys proudly say that, my name is this you can complain. Such rude behaviour will not be taken by us. We are not getting proper information plus the customer care executive are so rude and we dont feel like calling there. If am I not get proper information of my a/c and net banking service status, I will close my a/c and will post my all the complains in news papers.In my company there are around 40-50 a/c in hdfc but due to your poor services we are planning to change our bank.

REMOVAL OF NAME FROM CIBIL LIST/ HDFC bank WORKING
I have availed person loan from HDFC bank in July -2003 amounting to Rs. 1 lacs. I was regularly paying EMI but I lost my job in jan 2004 onwards and I was unemployed for next 6 months. In Oct-2005, I settled the amount with bank of my pending amount to Rs. 22,000/- through their DSA/ Agent. And i have been given cash receipt.

Few days back I applied for an AUTO LOAN and I came to know that my name is in negative database of CIBIL and on enquiring the same I came to know that there is still outstanding against Personal Loan a/c of Rs. 42,000 with HDFC Bank. I visited to HDFC bank, ITO 2nd Floor Branch and met Mr Rishabh Jain and narrated him all the story. He asked for that cash receipt but unfortunately after 4 years I didn’t have receipt with me as I shifted to other place. He advised me to settle the amount. After showing him my real circumstances and agent dealing with me he advised me to deposit Rs. 26000 (Rupees Twenty Six thousand only) against full and final settlement. This time I requested him to give me the letter assuring that the bank will issue me NOC and request letter to CIBIL for the removal of my name from negative data base. He issued me the letter same date for settlement, and I have given him cheque of Rs. 26000/- against full and final settlement against the disputed amount and the same has been cleared from my account on 1st sept-09. Although I already settled it but due to non-availability of receipt, I could not argued on the same. i have received the account closure letter from hdfc bank too.

Now i have settled the said amount with the bank despite that BANK is not liable to remove my name from NEGATIVE / DEFAULTER from CIBIL LIST. On contacting bank advised me to approach directly to CIBIL for removal of my name. Note that bank had already written off my outstanding (which in no case was on my account) but they are smart enough to put my name in negative data base list of CIBIL. but when it comes to removal nothing has been done in this matter. i cannot avail any kind of loan forever despite clearing my outstanding dues. if such kind of regulations are in process then soon court and such organisation rules the people of India. However, i requested by mail to CIBIL authority to look into the matter and i hope so if some solution will come into picture.

Another interesting story i have come to know that if someone else taken loan BY FRAUD in your name then its not him, your name will be suffer for long life in the NEGATIVE DATABASE OF CIBIL LIST. Sin is done by someone and you have to pay for life long. What a law and regulations!!!!!

on 7.10.2009 i have deposited 5000 for hdfc credit and and dropped the cheque
my account is 0 balance account...
but on 7,.10.2009 the bank detected 879 as quarterly charge...and made my
balance lower than 5000 and bounced the cheque issued on that date

no intimation given and taking fund without my permission and penalty charges
by hdfc...credit card and hdfc..bank is unlawful

i had taken a personal loan from centurion bank, the bank shut down, i got a notice from hdfc after 1 year, stating about the loan, then i started getting calls from the collections department, i said that i will go ahead and settle the account, then no one ever called me. Now they have sent a warrant through the police from bhopal court on my name and i have to be present in the court. Can hdfc file a case on my name in the court for insecured personal loan. Pls help

Iam Dr Balamurugan,and i work as a surgeon.I bought Samsung LCD TV and home theatre from S.C.Shah and company on 25/09/2009 and i made a downpay,emt of 20,000 and the remaining They authorised bajaj Consumer finance,for EMI from my account in City Union Bank ltd for 41,500.ie around 5200/month.I payed for 2 months without problem.My EMI for this is clearing everymonth and i Hav enought funds in bank for it.But the Bajaj Consumer finance claims me to pay Rs 611 for Philips Hometheatre,which i have not taken.And after a detailed talk i explained my bank and that account they mention is in Punjab national bank where i dont have any account.They torture me daily and I undergo so much of mental stress even.They call even when iam operating and they speak as If i am Into fraudulent service.Inspite of my explanantions to their seniors officers,some or others call me and give me mental pressures.So kindly take necessary actions against the same.My Bill numbe ris AN-4876
