I have taken a loan for 2 wheeler in cholamandalam DBS Bangalore. I have payed 15 installments properly.
one day they asked for my RC book and they told loan is over. No need to pay any installments.
But check bounce happend because they send check to bank. So i paid 2 pending installemnts directly to agent.
With out checking that again they sent 2 more times check to bank. And they are asking to pay fine for 2000 RS as cheque bounce charges.

This is irresponsibility of the bank people. and harrasing customers.

Please take action on them.

I had a loan for two wheeler from Cholamandalam DBS. Initial I gave 3 signed check leafs to pay my installments, Later the agent was collecting my dues, It was going good and the agent was regularly collecting the amount from home. The Agent did not collect last two payments..I waited and went straight to the Bank and paid two  dues at once, This is when i came to know that the bank was charging me Rs 500 extra on all my installments as check bounce charge..Wherein all my installments are paid successfully. Now the bank is asking me to pay extra 500 rs for 21 installments which is 21 X 500 = rs. 10,500.00 extra amount to get my RC book and NOC.

Please help me With this, I do not know how to proceed. I am totally helpless. I spoke to the bank manager, he is asking me to pay atleast 6000/- i do not know what to do. This is totally unfare to me. The manager says, "You are educated person, you should know the ECS process of bank" No bank intimates on the fine and process. i do not know what to do. HELP Me!
