Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Vijay Kumar S working as Software Engineer in PVT company in Bangalore, I'm holding an account with Citi bank since more then 2 years.

I contacted Citi Bank for READY CREDIT amount, here they had given me false promises and taken a long time to process it, finally they said it's possible to provide.

False Promises given by Citi Bank and Problem Faced

1. When i called Citi bank for my Ready Credit they said I'm eligible for getting Ready Credit according to Citi bank rules and regulations, but 20days after applying for Ready Credit they said I'm not eligible for getting it.

2. Due to this I had rejected other bank loans which are ready to provide me. Now I lost Loan from either sides, due to this I sold my car to clear my debits.

3. Apart from this they had given one more false promise, like when i submitted Ready Credit form in Citi Bank they said process will take around 4-5 working days, and when I called customer care of Citi Bank they told me it will take around 8 working days and when i spoke with one of the manager(Archana) of Citi Bank she informed that it will take around 15 days to process Ready Credit.

Can you please take action on this and provide Justice for me.
