    Default Complaint against HDFC fake records

    I am having Honda Activa. I bought it in 2004, fully in cash. I never took a single paisa from any bank. From last 3 Months, some recovery agents stops me on the way and try to pick my bike. They tell me that the bike is loaned by HDFC Bank. But when I show them my name and address, which does not match with their database details, they leave just saying sorry. This has happend 3 times. Now I want to sue the bank.

    Please tell me is there any difficulties in taking this step?

    Default I have closed my HDFC loan two years back , but still it shown in my CIBIL reprot

    I have closed my HDFC personal loan two years back , but still it shown in my CIBIL report. My car loan has been rejected due to this falls report . When I discussed with CIBIL team , they said that HDFC has not update them any info on my loan. I was totally upset and shows me in bad credit history due to HDFC mistake. Which I would need to sue them for following reasons

    a ) My records are not updated properly
    b) My personal self respect has been affected my HDFC
    c) My CAR loan has been rejected

    CAn anyone please let me how can I sue the HDFC bank ( Personal loan department ) , I have asked my layer and they have given many suggestions , is that any better way to sue this bank ..

    - Complete Name

    - Date Of Birth

    - Current Address with pin code

    - Permanent Address with pin code

    - Permanent Account Number

    - Passport Number

    - Telephone Number with STD code

    - Voter ID card number(if available)

    As soon as we receive this information, a bank representative shall contact you.
