Dear All

I had taken a loan from canara bank for purchase of motorcycle.The same has been stolen and i approched the bank for insurance cover note but the banker told me that it is the duty of the borrower to get the vechile insured.

Please advice me who is responsible for making the vechile insured in case of hypothicated vechiles.
