    Angry Complaint against HDFC BANK for false loan claim and harassment.

    My bank claims that I took a loan of 1,00,000 that I have not taken in reality! They even send as recovery agent to my house. During the past one year i was getting calls for my payment. Each time I explained that its a case of false identity and they said that they would check. I got about 4 calls in the past year. They claim that i have taken this loan in Bangalore and have even made 2 payments from a citibank account. I have never been to bangalore and dont have a citi account! Now suddenly, after 11 months they send this rough looking person to my place to recover their payment. I have asked for a meeting with the Head of the Branch in my area, along with all the supporting which claim that I have taken this loan. While my last conversation, the executive handling this issue said that it can be a case of a big error on their part. Can I sue them for harassment?

    Angry I am getting unauthorised calls from hdfc collections

    Hi
    I am getting phone calls from an collection executive naming himself as AbHILASH REDDY.I am staying in hyderabad,he is saying that someone took a loan from hdfc and they updated my number as reference and i donot have any clue about who took loan or credit card or what ever.My number is 9701062211 i dont want any one calling me regarding the same.Please update the information about anything.

    Default Complaint against HDFC bank loan dept.

    Hello sir,
    I applied for a vehicle loan in HDFC bank which got rejected in the verification process. HDFC people collected the cheques from me assuring me of the loan . Now they are delaying the process of giving back my cheques. Please suggest options to deal with this.

    Unhappy Complaint against HDFC bank closing the current account without our knowlege

    Current account no.00412560002235.

    We had a current account in your Malleswaram Branch in Bangalore. Without our knowledge, the account is closed on 16th April, 2011 which we noticed on 18th April, 2011. My husband went and checked with concerning branch also. But they don't know what is the reason behind this closing. Please note that we already given so many cheques to our clients. Please also note that closing time, our account had a balance of Rs. 50,000/- which is not yet received.

    Is there any Guide lines to close the account without informing the organisation or the concerned person since we provided all the details to the bank ? Please inform us where should we contact for our balance amount ?

    We are really expecting from your side a positive replay.
