Warm Greetings, This is Sivasakthi, from Hosur.(Tamil Nadu).
I took Educational loan from SBM-HARITA.During 2006-2008.

Details of Educational Loan.

I had applied loan on 2006 June. For the total amount of Rs.3Lakhs.i was sanctioned Rs280000.00.for studying MBA in INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH- Bangalore.

I had completed my professional course on March 2008.
During that time it was recession, i was struggling to get job finally i have got placed in Chennai in an SMI on June 09. They have paid me only 6000/month. Where i want to manage all accommodation, food, travel etc., Due to this reason i was UN able to pay my bank due in proper time.

I was not confirmed in that company and they haven't hike my salary because of recession. So i quit my job and came back to my home town. On sep 09 i met bank manager and i explained the situation in written statement.

By following month on November i started paying 10,000 for past two month. This month i had paid Rs 2900.
Mean while my father paid interest on the principle amount which is borrowed. he was deducted 1100/m instead of 3000.from the date of borrowing.

We where not aware of it about the interest rate. The bank manager holed A/C of my father and the granter’s A/c during past two month i had given in written statement about my situation but they haven't gave me proper reply they said come tomorrow like this it happened for one week finally when i paid that 10000 they realized granters A/c. when i enquired about with out any answer they asked me to come next week when i went they said all procedures are over but when i went to home we observed my father a/c was not realized when i contacted manager he said me to meet Asst manager she said to give cheque leaves i gave that too then they said now they will release but they haven’t . again next day when i called to deposit granters cheque leaf finally they asked me to put RMI SIGNATURE.I did it then again next day they asked me to put that granter signature.

Finally Asst manager said me that my arrear is 200000 lakhs apart from principle ammount.She haven’t gave any clear explination.when we check the system it showed me we want to pay only 333333.00 during nov09.

Bank haven't gave any proper answer regarding interest rate that too she had said 10000 extra amount on the interest rate.

We apologize them in writing about the delay too.
Now we are paying that amount regularly but bank had sent the notice for non payment. that too in delay dated.
We had received the letter very delay after 15 days of letter typed. and even the cut of time is get over when we receive the letter.
But till we have 45 months to repay these amount sir.

Kindly help me to solve this issue.
