As i am k umesh reddy avail loan of 1 lakhs 67 thousansd agree to repay the same in 24 monthly instalements from 28-02-06 to 31 -01-08 .admitedly till 31-jan-08, I have paid 1,82,150 to the finance company. on date 15-07-08 with out informing or notice THE SRI RAM TRANSPORT FINANCE has seized the LORRY.. complening the balance not payed still 35,557 to the finance company.
In addition to the same tyre loan as been avail of 18,000 agreeing to repay in four months..In this connection , my self was due liable to pay 23,690, the claiming total liable to pay some of 58,747(35,557 + 23,690) but i have paid 1 ,82,150 to the finance company till 30-01-08..

Distict forum order in favour of myself umesh reddy on date 16-03-09 complaint number is 160/2008

KARNATAKA STATE CONSUMER distutes redressal comission BANGALORE

order in favour of me on date 27-10-09 appeal number is 1121/2009
filed on 04-04-09

After the getting favour of me distic forum and karnataka state forum .. the finance company has rejected to release to follow the order issued by distic forum and state forum to transfer the seized LORRY back to me..
the finance company has appeal to DELHI forum so , i need suggetions from you.. As i am econamically not strong to handle the case in delhi .. As not able to afford money to the delhi legal advisior

so , please suggest me for further action
