In 2006 May, My parents bought a BAJAJ MOTORCYCLE which is financed by HDFC bank .We payed all the EMI but somewhere in 2007 "2 sequenced" cheques get bounced so they call me requested for payement and send there employ for collection of EMI so, a person came to my house to collect money very next week they recived there Emi's +bounced Cheque charges and further there is no call recived by any HDFC guy's that there is any problem with your account.
and after compliting all the EMi's in june i went to there branch to collect NOC OF BYK at that time they start asking 2365 INR charges for cheque bounced and in aweek they send a person to collect a payement. when i requested for bounced cheque they aren't willing to give me.
PLS suggest me what should i do?
