Respected Sir,
I had taken a Two Wheeler loan approximately 4 year back from Bajaj Auto Finance LTD Hyderabad. Here the problem was I had given post dated cheque of which 13 cheques were cleared, thereafter I changed the company and shifted to new office my earlier a/c was closed. So I asked the agent I will give new cheques of New bank, so he informed you can give cash instead there will be no problem. I agreed cash was paid monthly. Even I have paid cash in advance for most of the months. In this time they has changed the office thrice in different locations and they didn't even intimated us even through simple SMS.
At the end of the installment on asking the NOC they are saying that some cheque were deposited and got return, so there is a penalty of Four thousand six hundred and seventy three rupees (4,673). And on visiting the office I have noticed that there is a notice on notice board as ‘Please drop the complaint in Drop Box’ and there is no drop box available, when I asked that I want to drop a complaint where is the Box they removed off the notice and thrown which is present on the notice board and they become so rude.
I am doing follow up with the Bajaj Finance and I am not getting any help from them. Please kindly do the needful or suggest what will be the next step.
