    Default Bajaj Finance.. Poor Customer Care service and Technical problems with online payment



    I have two CD loans from bajaj finance. 4020CD00159686 and 4020CD00159687. I had opted for ECS payment and it was with Barclays Bank. The last EMI for both these loans were due on 5th July 2012. Barclays are now closing the retail operations in india and they asked to close the bank account before 30th June after which either i had to maintain a minimum amount(which was quite huge) to keep the account operational. I prefered to close the account, i had posted a request via my experian id on the experia portal asking when i can forclose the loan withour bearing any penalty(this was in may), i was told that i can foreclose the loan 7 days prior to my due date or 4 days past the due date either online or by submitting cheque at Branch, accordingly i went to Bajaj Finance Pune Branch on 30th June to make the payment but the executive told me that i can not forclose the loan at this moment as this should have been done before 25th June 2012. When i told him about the query i submitted online he asked me to drop email to wecare@bajajfinserv id and asked me to make payment online. I dropped mail to wecare id and after 48 hours(seems their standard time to respond to your queries) i got same respone which i had received earlier as well mentioning i can pay the loan 7 days before or 4 days after the due date. I tried to make online payment to forclose the loan since 30th June but it always said i have 0 Rs to pay as foreclosure amount. When i used to check Overdue EMI payment option it also used to show as " you dont have any EMI overdue". This continued till 9th July. On 9th July(which is the 4th day after my EMI due date and as per Wecare i should be able to make the pyament) when i tried to check my overdue EMI the site gave an error, tried to make payment it said you have zero rs to pay. i reported the same via log a complaint option on Experia portal as well as to wecare by email, same case on 10th and 11th. Again reported the same via the online complaint portal. On 12th i.e today i can see that the overdue payment link is accessible and it shows my total EMI + overdue penalty of 700 Rs(Rs350 per loan). I am surprised to see this. I have been following with Customer care by writing them emails and logging request but they seem to be not bothered at all. Even now my two of the requests logged on 9th and 10th still says in progress. The worst part is we can not even call their Customer Care, the numbers 1800 2094151/1800 2094152 always play recorded message(IVR) and there is no option to speak to Customer Care executive. The other number 1800-1030-333 always says all our executives are busy , call after some time. Also tried another number 8898067060 and this also plays a record saying all our executives are busy , try after some time. I must have tried almsot 125 times but didnt succed to talk to any of the executive. Only GOD and the bajaj Finance Guys might be knowing when this "Some time" will come when executive will be available to resolve your queries.
    My Simple question to bajaj Finance, why i should now suffer because of technical issues(i have mentioned this is my email sent to Wecare as well as while logging complaints on portal) at your end. You guys dont care to reply to customer on time. I have been trying to struggle to make the payment on time and i dont get options to pay the payment on time and later i am being imposed penalty. If we visit to branch, no satisfatcory resolution. Wecare responses timelines are worst. I am still waiting for response to my emails and online complaints from Customer Care. If anyone of you at bajaj Finance do really care for your customers i hope you will sort this out in next 24 hours. i am giving my contact number below and expect a call atleast. I am tired of making call to you guys as i dont want to hear the same record again and again and again and also i cant afford to hire a person to keep trying your number day and night. SO please if you care for your clients do something.

    Default Bajaj Finance CROSS SELL PERSONAL LOAN charged ROI problem.

    Hi,
    Initially I have purchased 32 LCD TV on Bajaj finance after paying 4 EMI.
    bajaj executives are called to my mobile and they told me your are valid for New CROSS SELL PERSONAL LOAN of 80000
    with Rate of Interest 19% i agreed for that they are santioned every month 4 EMI are successfully paid.
    Today only i have observed at the time of taking the loan executives are filledup the forms for 19% Rate of Interest
    now they are charged 41.56% can you resolve the my problem. who to contact.

    Default L2WCHE00214779 - Account doesnt belongs to me but it is credited in my CIBIL Report

    Hi,
    Someone took loan from Bajaj Finance. Account no -L2WCHE00214779.
    But this loan is credited in my CIBIL Report. I never took any load from Bajaj finance.
    Because of this issue my CIBIL score was affected.
    Can you please help me in removing this account from My CIBIL Score.

    With reference to the above subject, I Anurag Kumar purchased bike Bajaj Pulsar 220 from Gems Bajaj(authorized Bajaj distributors) in January 2011 by taking a Finance from
    Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, BAFL provided me a loan of Rs.64, 000/- to purchase a bajaj pulasr 220 bike with an obligation of to pay EMI Rs.2451/- @ 36 months.

    First of all I am very thankful to BAFL for providing me a Finance support.

    And this mail request regard bad behaviour by your employ,my 6 month EMI is due due to some family reason but i was in touch with collection team and sure them to pay due EMI as soon as possible but today a guy's come to my society and take away my bike without informing me after 2 hour one guy with mobile no. 9921544579 call me and told that he had take away my bike,after another 1 hour i received a call from recovery agency guy they want to collect my due money or bike i had told them that somebody have already take away my bike, after some time collection team guy told me that your bike take away by bajaj finance collection team, after some time your company guy's handover my bike to recovery agent with lot's of dammage i.e broken key set, broken handle,broken cable, damage handle system and changed tyre. I am planning to go consumer court for this behavior of your company,but before i just want to inform you.
    I hope atleast my email will get a possitive and valid reply at the earliest.

    i have deposit my all payment in 2010, but now they ara demmaning the installment again, i have make call to vutomer care no, but they agree from me, but no one taking the action

    This is to inform you that i had applied for two wheeler loan and later it got it,,, due to my regular payment i got a call from your company for personal loan of Rs50000,
    i even received it, but not the full amount i just received Rs46400, i was not informed about it,,, now i want to know why i received only 46400 when i was told to give Rs50000,
    if you cant grant full Rs50000, than i request you to cancel my personal loan...

    I am Nilesh Bhalekar and living in India, Maharashtra. My Brother Mr. Milind Bhalekar is in USA and has received a mail from "Bajaj Fin --> weserve@bajajfinserv.in". I have pasted the same below for your reference.My brother has never applied for such loan. Loan account number mentioned in the mail is - 4020CD00225933. Though we have Account in Bank of Maharashtra, we have never given such instruction to pay through ECS payment to "Bajaj Finserve Lending" and my brother Milind Bhalekar never had availed such loan. Kindly verify if this is a phishing mail. Do the needful and confirm to us otherwise we have to take action against "Bajaj Finserve Lending".
