In month of october I met an accident and claimed for insurance in the month of november. however nothing has been done by IFFCO TOKIO agent till date 18/05/11. I got my bike repaired on my expense itself.
Though Insuranse agents verified the bike but I got it repaired from M.A Motors in hyderabad.
Agents are saying that Documnets are not complete and documents have been submitted 5 times at Hero honda workshop but still nothing is being done.
I have met Agent named chanchal in their office in UMA CHAMBERS but nothing is being done
Documents have also been sent to IIFCO TOKIO agent and again agents are saying that documents are not complete

i have taken a policy for my bike no. GJ-16Q/8060 namely at ANIL B AGHARA covernote issued on dated 30/11/2011 but yet i have not recieved my policy kindly supply my policy at my address .My policy number is p400 policy# 78381538[policy #1-YQJLNN]

And second that here ankleshwar branch does not give any satisfactory answer for policy status,He said you have to collect from my office when we receive.
I am your custmoer from year-2003 an earlyest i have no any problem but when you start at ankleshwar branch the problem take places.

Ankeshwar Branch persons said we have no any fear your custmoer complaine you go through our H/O.that is not a answer.it is your company's reputetion questions.a lot of insurance are available in market next time we go through him.

after 2008 every year I facing the problem for original policy He does not coriear from this ankeshwar branch.

pl. look into the matter and give instruction to your branch

i applied for renewal on 22nd of this month and still i didn't get the soft copy despite of calling the customer care for around 8 times,i was promised that i will get my copy in 24 hours on 26th around 4 pm ( refer the voice recording) if anything goes wrong with my vehicle who will bear the cost and who will pay the fine.is this the way you treat your customer.

is it my mistake of choosing iffoce - tokia for renewal my ploice.poor response from customer care end and as of know intiatives from iffco tokia also.

In case of any problem atleast i would have called back!! but as of now no response from your end.totaaly i lost the faith in your system.is there anybody to respond to my queries

i have renewed my insurance policy on the day of it expiry,on 12 of april this year.at the kalyan branch, the officer of the company gave me a cover note only.when i ask about main copy,he said that we will call you at the time when policy is ready.i asked him the time period for that,he said one week,but now several weeks,i have contacted them through mail but no reply from them till date. They have not even call me...please do some needful sir/madam
