i have renewed my mediclaim plan in 3rd year of the policy through website of bharti axa general insurance and as per the instructions from call centre i have sent the scan copy of the screen shot to their official mail id. but till date i have not recieved any confirmation not even the policy & acknowledgement as they have commited me to get in next 3 working days. But it almost a 12 days now....they are still fooling me around......its at all not acceptable.
