Dear Concern,


My youngest son Lt.Surinder Kumar was died in a road accident on 23.08.2011. He was having a Yellow color Honda stunner bike (HR49B-8053) which was totally damaged in that accident. I had applied for claim in the m/o Oct,2011 from Bajaj Allianz General insurance. For which i had given all the concerned documents alongwith the estimate i.e Rs.52444/-, Legal Heirs affidavit & one more legal paper for one lac insurance claim to their surveyor Mr.Amit Munjal exactly at the time of survey i.e.31.10.2011.


But till date i had not received any claim amount from the company. Every time when i call mr. munjal for the status he asked me for one week time & sometimes never pick the call or revert back. After that i had contact the branch office at Sector -5 Panchkula (Haryana) for the status i got to know that Mr.Munjal had not even given his report to the branch in one month.


If i have given all the documents then who is responsible for the delay in payment & why????


I had already lost my son & now i am receiving this kind of mental harassment for these insurance people. My Elder son is in army he cannot come to help me in all these things. They don't provide me complete & clear information that finally when i will receive the claim from this company. They always show the best services advertisement in TV is this is there good service than what is bad service or i would say no service.


Every time they give me a reason of delay when i call & check about the payment in a week or 10 days. Don't they have phone to inform me about the status personally.


Plz help me & tell me what to do i m not having any computer knowledge this complaint i m given through some friend.


Plz provide solution through phone call in the below mentioned no.


Also note the bike is laying at Joshi Honda Automobiles, Plot No. 25, Industrial Area, Phase - II, Panchkula from 28.10.2011 & the company was calling to take the bike.
