I Mr AJAY SINGH RANA I am a policy holder of ICICI and I have bought 2 policies from thane branch 1) save and protect plan ) (1)1st policy no - 14641630 (2) 2nd policy no - 14639135 .so the plan which I had bought I was told that I have to pay for 20 years ,but I was told that I would be getting a certain amount every year 1st year------------17,500
2nd year---------- 35,612
3rd year--------- 54,359
4th year------- 737,62 (in each policy) ,but after one year when I called him ask for my 1st year return amount I have been told that the amount would be added in my policy and I would getting the benifit after 20 years .when I asked him that u told me I will get return every year than he said maybe by mistakly I said that. I have contancted the branch which is in thane so here the agent those name are vishal sing & yogesh kumar who sold us the policy . . this is not the way to treat your customers by selling fake pocies and you people should take strict action against the branch which is in thane and so do take us seriously and I want results immediately and now we have contacting the branch no one is even bothering to reply us ,this is the way that you people treat your customers who completely rely on you ,please do take necessary action because as I told you that I from a middle class family and paying Rs 4,000 a month is big amount for me because I bought these policies that he told me that I would be getting the return amount for four years. So please help me to get out to these problem. contact me ASAP as I would be waiting for the call and please shutdown that thane branch of yours because it has been runned by some fake agents and let me tell you clear I from the media field and I would definitely go the press and tell each and everything that what has happened with .because I am completely fed up of these policies ,because when I went to this santacruz branch to stop my ECS there I have been told that I have to pay for more 3 years,so if there is a misselling and I just not getting the results then I have the right to stop my ECS ,so again I went to chembur branch so there I have been told that I have to change my policy from monthly to half yearly then only they can stop my ECS so we have been roaming here and there this how you icici people tat you customers each place we are getting different answers so now I am completely fed up of this so do look into the matter and I want to stop y ecs and my entire amount refunded .
