    Dear Sir,


    While purchasing the above referred policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd, the details provide by sales person Mr. Rupesh ( 09028628577 ) does not match with the policy issued to me. This the way bajaj allianz is making fool of their customer. In this regard i submit complaint to Consumer Focus Unit of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd Pune (HO) with scan copy of explanation given by sales person mr. rupesh and requested to close my policy and refund my full premium paid. The clarification given by the customer focus unit of bajaj allianz. is as follows.



    In reference to your call, we have tagged your query under I-Track number: 14236661.

    We were trying to call you on 8308721598 however the number was not response.

    After verifying the matter, we regret to inform that this policy had issued 21-Sep-2011 based on the proposal form signed by policy holder form wherein policy holder had opted for “Invest Gain - Platinum” with regular premium and frequency selected as Half-Yearly. A copy of the terms and conditions of the policy was sent to you along with the policy documents through speed post under POD EM377175465IN number and you also confirm that you have received the policy documents.

    On receipt of the policy bond you were given an option to review the terms and conditions of the policy. After reviewing the terms and conditions of the policy if you were not satisfied with any of the terms and conditions of the policy or if you found that the terms and conditions of the policy did not contain the representations made to you at the time of purchase of the policy by agent you had an option to return the policy within 15 days of the date of receipt of the policy documents. No such grievances were ever raised by you within freelook cancellation period. This clearly indicates that all the grievances raised by you now are only an afterthought and the same cannot be accepted at this belated stage. Hence, we regret to inform you that the policy cannot be cancelled as per the terms and conditions as the freelook period is already over.

    In the facts and circumstances as mentioned herein above, it is stated that the Company is not in a position to redress your grievances as the grievances raised by you are not in consonance with the terms and conditions of the Policy. However in case you are not satisfied with the response of the insurance company to your grievance you have an option, apart from other remedies available in law, to approach the Honourable Insurance Regulators.

    Please look to the below mentioned reply given by me to Miss Jabeen S. to their reply and the reply get from Miss Jabeen S.

    Dear Madam,

    I received your email dated 19 December, 2011. Kindly note that, while purchasing the above referred policy I signed the policy documents as per the details provide by your sales person, copy enclosed for your reference. You say that I have not informed within 15days of the issue of policy, in this regard i would like to inform you that i informed the mismatch to Mr. Rupesh ( 09867555050) ( sales person ) and ask for full details, but the details were provided to me late by mr. Kushal Mogaveera (9870982185) on 11 October, 2011 ( Copy enclosed ) through email singhasinghroy.assopvtltd@balic.in. as per your explanation it cleared that Bajaj Allianz is selling their policy by showing gold and giving sand.

    This is with reference of the policy no. 0233306193.

    As per free look cancellation clause you need to submit the policy document along with written application to the nearest Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance branch within 15 days from the day of policy document received date.
    Hence we regret to inform you that your above said policy cannot be cancelled under Free look cancellation as you have not submitted request under Free look Period.
