I shall be highly obliged if you kindly refund my money and cancel my policy, as now it has become intolerable to me after 15 days of commencement of a policy. The said New Bima Gold Policy was opened on 09.11.11 by LIC with wrong Date of Birth, due to which I am unable to enroll/ include in the list of my policies already enrolled with your portal.

With no mistake on my part, I have been misguided by your officials that due to delay in processing through central server, it is being delayed. I don’t believe that an organization of your repute can do anything without central server and your innumerable customers have patience of hearing your lame excuse “CENTRAL SERVER PROBLEM.”

You have also become silent for last 7 days on receipt of my other policy details. It is not expectable. At least a courtesy reply should been sent to me.

Please reply positively by Monday before think of alternative.
