dear madam/sir

the above policy was given to me fraudently at the premium of rs 300,000/=pa. i am a retired and seeng substantial amount of retirement benefits in my a/c m/s icici bank ltd branch newfriends colony newdelhi sba befooled me. policy was maild me just in a week giving me 7 days time to reject if not acceptable, i personnaly handed over my rejection to the said sba in writing but instead of taking action on my complaint he kept the letter to himself and time period got expired.it was his cuuning which caused me huge financial loss because of my inability to pay the subsequent premium of rs 300,000/=.icici bank refunded me just rs 70,000/ forefieted the rest amount rs 230,000/=. now i realise how these multinational banking institutions are befooling general public taking advatage of thier financial illeteracy and advantage of media by engasing personlities like Mr Bachhanmilanium hero to ad the life insurence policies.M/s Icici bank is not taking my complaint and became adament to.
