I lost my Pulsar bike 150 CC, black color in March 2010 from Indrapuram residential area in Ghaziabad, U.P. and submitted the required documents for claim settlement but even after submitting of all the relevant documents after this much time there is no response from United India Insurance Company . What can i do about this thing to get my settlement of Insured money. The manager of company has wrote on simple paper that motorcycle was not parked in safe place , but how can a residential area be an unsafe area to park the vehicle. I have not got any response from company regarding settlement of the claim. what can i do in this matter to get my insured money of motorcycle.
