I was approached by ICICI bank Manager in Dwarka New Delhi dealing with investments. He advised me to redeem/sale existing shares/mutual fund to invest in ICICI mutual fund scheme that will give higher return. He also advised me that there are no charges in such schemes being Mutual funds and investment are one time. Based on his advice , I sold MF worth rs 3 Lacs through him only.
He got me filled up forms and purchased an scheme called ICICI Pru life stage pension ad , again he confirmed me that there are no policy adm/ maint charges and investment is one time.
After some time i got the policy papers and again he confirmed same and assured me.
Later on after one year when I got the reminder for the premium payment I was surprised as I did not plan for the recurrent premium since premium is very high i.e. Rs 3 lacs per year for min 2 more years.
Again I called him and he said that I need to pay premium, again he was insisting that there are no charges, then I called him and he assured me that there are at least 24-25 % increase in its net worth. I asked him to show me the statement and on much insistence, I asked him to show me on icici site my fund value. To my surprise the fund value shown is about 9% less that the amount invested after more than one yr.
This is cheating and fraud by an institution and looting the customers. Later on on much insistence he confessed that there are approx 13.5 % annual charges on the scheme. This way my whole money will be eaten by ICICI since they will be charging me for 5 yeARS FOR SUCH HIGH charges.
I request ICICI to take action against bank officials for such fraud and return my amount invested with the ICICI or invest in any mutual fund as promised by them.

My mom took a ICICI PRUDENTIonal LIFE PENSION plan policy no:13347324, in the name of Balapuram LATHA. However i came to know that the sum assured on policy document is ZERO and i have gone through the entre policy document and no where its mentioned that we are going to get certain amount at the end of the policy term. and I am suppose to pay the premium and the ICICI person said that there is no any locking period and we are forced to pay all the 10yrs..and also we will nt be receiving the money which we have paid.she explained if we have paid 10000 then based on the share market we would receiveing the money. My question to the bank why the advisor nor the bank officals havent said this to the applicant at the time of taking the policy also why they cheat and encourage such type of fradulent policies to people.
When i called the advisor Named Gowri Shankar - cuddapah-Andhra Pradesh and the officals, they have replied in rude manner as though they havent committed any mistake.
Can someone look into the policy no and let us know whether there is any sum assured in this policy or Is there any benefit towards this policy???

This is regarding trickery ,duping and forceful netting of investor under ICICI PENSION ADV PLAN.
it all started in the year 2010 month of Aug .
i visited ICICI LALPUR RANCHI BRANCH on my vacation to my hometown at ranchi .i have returned from outside india.
i was having good relationship with icici bank on that name i was fooled.
Branch manager named Mr Abhishek Tiwari was there who was smart enough to trick ,dupe me.
i told him clearly that i have planned to invest one time only lump sum INR 6,00,000.
he became interested in building his points with icici.
he mentioned that my money will become double in 5-6 years and started talking all those good return story only.
in the guise of money market he also tricked me to ICICI PRU LIFE STAGE PENSION ADV.
I was caught unaware as he tricked me on the name of money market and never cleared out the terms and conditions, market risks involved in the policy.
also continuous monitoring and switching involved in the policy was not mentioned.
In the year 2012 feb i got call from icici pru life mumbai branch as reminder call for premium payment i was caught unaware.
i told the agent that there is confusion and i do not have to pay the premium as told by Mr Abhishek Tiwari at the time proposal.
than all the story started and i complained to higher ups in icici pru ,went to icici grievance cell but all of them have same finding that i have to keep on investing for atleast 3 years (still i am not very much clear).there is 2 years of grace period which is again confusing and no clear picture is depicted around the policy.
as if investor money for icici pru life has no meaning and they want to suck the blood out of investors.
i am helpless kindly help me in dealing with ICICI PRU LIFE as i have been tricket ,duped in very well planned way.
all the moves are in the favour of ICICI PRU LIFE .
below are the points to prove my case:
1. No mention of premium for 3 years continuosly by Mr Abhishek Tiwari becuase he did not wanted to clear out the terms and condition or else i should have backed out then itself and he was behing the building points with icici pru life.
2.worng full high premium allocation yearl without giving clear picture to investor .Ridks involved .administration charges etc involved which are dedcuted by icici bank.
3.No mention by Mr Abhishek tiwari about the 15 days of freelook period or exit process involved.
4.Not filling all the details in the application form.
5.No mention of policy which has very much dependency on the market and stock.no guidance ,followup or education at the time of admission.
why becuase i should have backed out then itself.
All the above points clearly states that there was fishy approach from executive of ICICI PRU LIFE.
KINDLY HELP ME IN FILLING THE CONSUMER COURT CASE AGAINST THE ICICI PRU LIFE SO THAT INVESTORE LIKE SHOULD NOT GET DUPED TRICKED IN THESE POLICIES WHICH ARE TOTALLY MARKET DRIVEN AND RISKY AND NOTHING TO DO WITH PENSION PLAN.ALSO WORNGFUL PROMOTION HAS TO BE AVOIDED AND SHARING CORRECT INFORMATION TO INVESTOR ON PRIORITY TO BE PRACTIOCED.

icici grievance cell is not helping the investor they are protecting there people.
this is just formality as i have been writing to them for last 3 months with no solid result.

My name is Srinivas Soma and i have taken ICICI Prudential Life Stage pension(Policy Number:08068794) in the year 2007 for annual premium of 30,000 rupees.
After seeing the performance, it never crossed 11/12 rs even when the market is very high.
This 21st April 2012 i have surrendered the full policy, here comes the problem.
At the time of submission/surrender they mentioned the amount 1,52,377.26 rupees will be deposited into my account after deductions(94% of the total amount).
Again on 24th April 2012 i got a verification call regarding the surrender of the policy and again they have also told that 1,52,377.26 rupees would be deposited into my account.
On 26th April 2012 the amount was deposited into my account but it is 1,49,422 rupees. When i raised the complaint with ICICI they are stating it is as per NAV value on 21st April 2012.
If it is so then why would they mention the amount 1,52,377.26 on the surrender form and on top of that they wont give any receipt or any confirmation that this much amount would be deposited while surrendering.
This is like cheating the customers, even after investing for 5yrs they wont deposit the amount whatever they have stated.
Request Consumer court to look into this and do justification for customers who are being looted on the name of policies.
Also, please bring some rule stating the amount is in written format while submitting the policy so that we will have proof stating this is the amount that would get deposited by these many days.
