Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to tell you that I had purchased a bike(TVS Apache) on 8 November 2010 and my my bike number is HR 26 BF 9055 and it insured by Bharati Axa General Insurance .

Unfortunately, It got accident on 9^th December 2010 during the insurance time limit and that time I had my learning license. Thus after the survey & approvals by the insurance company my bike repaired & and I’ve claimed for the insurance money but I could not get claimed money. I called them at so many times & they told me that I will get claimed money with in five working days by cheaque but after five or six days they refused my claim. They told me that you have submitted your learning license that is why you are unable to get your claim money. But before repairing the bike, I’ve got a approval from Insurance company and when I discussed these thing with Chodhary TVS Motors Service centre they also told me that they had been also got a survey and approval from Insurance company. Besides it they repaired & submit my claim and process it properly but they did not return back my claimed money.

For your reference policy no is-FTW/SO129464/13/11/D11317 & valid up to 8/11/2011.


So, it is my highly request to you that please recheck this matter and take any strong decision through that I can get my claim money as soon as possible. I’ll be very grateful to you for your support and help.
