This is to inform you that I Naresh Sodhi had insured my Mahindre Pick up From reliance Insaurance

company limited on 3:3:2010 from branchin chandigarh sec 9 c by giving cheq of rs 8000 of HDFC

bank{cheq no 0506762} and the cheq was creared on19:03:2010 which was issued by the name of

reliance general insaurance company

My car got accident next month after being insured from company

When i applyed for my claim the reply from the company was that your policy has been canceled

because your cheq has been bounced but the cheq has been cleared in my bank statement of rs

8000


the company was saying that ur cheq has been bounced which was of State Bank Of India

Amounted 19404 with cheq no 571368 WHICH is absolutly wrong these details are wrong our
cheq was of HDFC bank and was of 8000 with cheq no 0506762 so how our policy can be

canceled


I m very much harassed take a look at this and saught out this problem.
