home insurance termination Hi it is me santamonica actually i have a problem with my home insurance provider.
when i had a problem in my home basement leak the insurance people came and checked after a week and told us the basement is because od leak from our backyard wall.
then i opened our basenet wall by 2 feet above the floor level and checked absolutely there is no basement leak. then i was advised it is because of condensation when i told the insurance people about this they are terminating my home insurance coverage and can i able to file a case against them immeditely because they spoiling my home carrier.

Hi Santamonica, I think you can file a case with that. Because they didn't commit to your agreement. I am not really sure of what agreement do you have, but in case they had fouled it, you can file a case against them. Well in fact it is your right because your house is under with their insurance.
