i have taken sbilife money back2 policy,my account cmmencement date is 14-apr-2011, but till date my policy is cancelled, i had contact to our agent, and on his commitment i re submitted my doccuments but policy still in cancelled mode,

my cheqe already cleared and debited by my account on 19-apr-2011, i found mentally torchored due to this and behaviour of sbilife employee,

i want to take legal action against him, return my fund with mental harrasment charges
