Max new york life top ups missing Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Unit Liked policy with MAX NEW YORK LIFE
I have done two top-ups in the year 2008 and I have all the conformations for my payments
Still last year end I didnt had any problem. In March 2011 I started realising that I am missing my NAV units
From that time to till date, I am communicating with them through emails (I have provided all the proofs for my top-ups)
Everytime they came up with different reasons and the statements they provided after that contradicted each other (sometimes they need reminders to reply & sometimes they have given unrelated answers)
Atlast they agreed my one top-up and still they are in denial mode for my second top-up
When I asked them to provide the detailed unit statement they denied saying that the company stopped sending detailed NAV UNIT statements to the customers
I lost my patience in the last 4 months. Please suggest me how to proceed further on this issue to get my NAV UNITS back

My first complaint on my issue has been first registered on 10 March 2011 and till now its open without any solution
Thats why I decided to report my issue under this forum
I dont know why you are asking me to file the complaint again
