Sub: Theft claim

I have purchased a Motor Cycle Bajaj Discover 135cc on 24.09.2009, Vechile No. is HR12M-6823 registered on 26.10.2009, which has been theft on 25.07.2010 then we loged a F.I.R on 25.07.2010 in City Police Station, Haryana. F.I.R No. is 524/25.07.2010.

After investigation by the poice Byke was not traced and Honourable Court has issued us an Untraced Certificate. Also National Crime Bereu, Delhi has also issued us Untraced Certificate.

Then we sumitted all the legal documents demanded by your Local office and also sumitted both original keys of Motor Cycle.

Now we are following them again nd agian for our claim but they are not taking any action. Our Claim amount is Rs.48165/- but now they are saying that claim will be passed of Rs.43000/-. After that we did enqiry from other companies and also from your other offices that we have right to get the full amount claim of Rs.48115/- but the Branch Manager Mr. K.K.Chaudhary of Outer QuillaRoad Branch, Rohtak is not giving our full claim and offer us only Rs.43000/- against our full claim.

So we are requesting you to pls take an immidiate action against the Branch Manager Mr K.K.Chaudhary for not taking customer complaint seriously and pls pass our full claim for Rs48115/- along with interest.
