I purchased a metlife policy of 17 years in which i was told by the agent the sum assured will be Rs. 3.25 lacs after 17 years while when i got a feedback call from the company's call centre, The caller told me the sum assured is rs 1 lac only. I Told him that this is wrond and told him to return the payment made by me. But no response . Then I told the agent the same thing, he told me that he will come to me and take a written complaint ang return my money. But he kept ignoring me he said he will come this day that day but he did not came for app 1 or 2 months. I mailed to company but they refused to return my money.
