"HDFC ERGO GIC LTD" didn't provide even policy no. & withdrawl check no. 000000728179 Hi,
An Agent name Abhinav mobile no.8826960977 done car loan (loan id 18339248) paper work. Same time he suggested me to get auto loan insurance so i given him a check on the name of "HDFC ERGO GIC LTD" Check no. "000000728179" and amount of same was "Rs 4298" which got withdrawal on "22nd March 2011" but till now i didn't receive even a single paper of insurance.
Now when i call on 18002700700 the helpline number do not work and Abhinav also not picking up my call.
I wanted to sue this Bank... What kind of work they are doing? Almost 4 month about to finish and nothing provided to customer!!!!
Anyone suggest me to take best action against it!
