Dear Sir/ Madam

We had taken a corporate general policy from Future Generali through Bajaj Capital in the month of March 2011. Till date we have not received the complete policy. Some amount of our premium is still lying with future generali and they are unable to tell us what details they require from us.
This is absolutely pathetic service ever received from any company.
