I have an insurance policy with IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company bearing policy No. 4000149250. I had paid my yearly premium on 15.2.2011. After 2 months i need premium paid certificate but when i asked them for certificate they told me that your policy status is paid up. I asked them why it's status is paid up I have already paid my premium on 15.2.2011. The customer care officer told me that it is IT issue give us 3-4 days time we will forward your case to support. After many emails and phone calls i received my certificate showing payment submission date 10.5.2011. I called again to customer care about that but they told me that your policy was in paid up status and it's status changed to inforce on 10.5.2011 thats why it's showing payment date 10.5.2011. After many arguement they asked me to give more time for that. After many email and phone called i received my premium paid certificate with my actual payment submission date i.e. 15.2.2011 but when i checked i online in my policy record the payment submission date is still 10.5.2011. I request them many times to update in payment submission date but they i sending me premium paid certificate again and again but not updating my payment submission date. I have received an email today from Asha George. She said your payment submission date can not be changed.

I am requesting you please interfare in my case. I want to know why it can not be changed. I have paid my premium on 15.2.2011 then why they showing it on 10.5.2011
