Dear All,

Through this fourum i want to register my complain against reliance Life insurence agent ( mr Satendra day) & reliance Life insurance team who has cheated my father , my Father mr J.N Verma who is a senior citizen ( aged 66 yrs ) reliance agent has sold one policy "Reliance LIFE Super Golden Years senier citizen plan " to my father......at the time of selling this plan he has told my father that he has to give single premium for this policy ( Policy No:- 16903452) & taken signature on the policy documents but when father got the policy it was written that he has to give premium regularly for 10 years ( yearly 50,000 ) insteat of paying single premium.........my father has contacted to reliance agent (mr satendra -9005604111) he has told that wrong policy has been issued by mistake and he will correct the policy term year..........my father has continuousely follow up with the agent but he has told that it is in process & will be rectified soon........but when my father has contacted him again to know the status after 4 months .....somebody else has picked the phone & told that agent (mr satendra day ) has died in an accident & he is his brother..........then my father has written letter to Reliance life insurance company saveral times for cancellation of Policy .......then we got the reply from company that since your freelook period of 15 days has been passed so we are unable to complay with your request......then my father keeps on writing letter to the company & fineally we got the reply from company that " your complain no is 0003686747 " & we will revert you in 15 days.....after that we got the phone from the Company headquarter 2-3 times & they told that "you has to give 20 thousand more & then we will change the policy" but my father has denied to give any more rupeees......my father has told that since he is a retired person so he is unable to give this much amount...........neither he is in a position to give yearly 50,000............after that he didnot get any reply from the company after writing many letters.........now we have no other option except going to consumer forem or court.............since they have cheated my father .....can anybody help my father to get back his money........
