I am saras kohli, 23 years old, working with genpact, resident of jalandhar punjab. Currently residing in gurgaon. I need your help regarding claim for insured bike which which was lost last year.

My bike no pb21b 9037 was stolen on 1st of january 2010 which was insured with united india insurance co ltd. We have duly notified to their branch in jalandhar. Also provided with copy of fir no.10 dated 13-01-2010 filed with outer district prashant vihar police station near to rohini, delhi.

Till the time I have not received proceeds for the same.

Mr sunil jain (+919810265726) of pritam pura, new delhi, who is investigator for this case said that he has forwarded this case to regional office of the company. He was very rude when asked about my case. He gave me details of regional office and asked me to call mr vinod kumar the below mentioned numbers ( which is most of the time busy) :
011-43720772/773 ,41512282.

When I contacted this person he said that he has forwarded this case to jalandhar branch and smae has not been received by jalanshar branch.

I believe I can get some help.
