My uncle (Mr. Navin Kumar Jha Policy No.: 07921278 Dt: 25th Feb 2008) has been misleaded by the agent Goutam Pal in Dumka, where he was told that in this is plan money gets double four to five year or can get monthly payment and ask to invest min of 2.5 lac. .
All the premium was paid in time except one was late for one month but later we know that he payed it after 6 months, when we questioned him he said that your money will get doubled don't worry about it. when ever we met uncle enquiry about the fund and he answered it is increased 50% to 70% of the fund uncle has invested.
After three year my Uncle ask me to enquire and i got surprised to know that the Zero increment has been made in his fund. when we go to complain, they said that its our fault that we have not made any enquiry against the policy and they are not listening that our agent is lying us for last three years. We tried for customer care but not got proper response from any of them.
They also told us that the market is down but my uncle said that at time they have not told him that the money will invested in some market or share.
If the a Policy will work in this way, then how the "PENSION" can be its name.
Through this forum I would like to make a formal complaint regarding this behavior of the customer care and would like to seek some advice from other people who might have faced similar situations.

Check for the time you have said. I am waiting for last 5 days but nobody respond my query. Though, when I went to branch they again said it my fault but waht about they have lied me , and mislead. and if you (ICICI) can't help me I 'll go to consumer court.
