My self Vinayagam Mudaliar, unfortunately one of the policy holder for SHRIRAM General Insurance Co. Ltd. vide policy number 10001/31/11/004747. I have lost my vehilce on 08/11/2010 (Hero Honda Splendor GJ1CP3893) insured under your company and on the same date i have called your call centre number 1800-180-7474 and updated about the same. At the end of the call they provided the complaint number = 25752.

Against my claim your company had appointed the agent Hemant (looking after your Surat Area) through him i have completed all the required documentation and submit him. But after submitting all the documents specified by you now almost after even 120 days the claim has not bee passed. As per your company the agent had not submitted the Clalim Report and in turn your agent says the documents have been submitted to you.

With regards to the above intraction with you i came to know :

1) Its better not being insured rather than taking a policy from SHRI RAM General insurance Co.
2) I hope you must be maintaining good profit ratio as you are only taking the policy amout but not making any setllement
3) Non of your staffs are bother to service the customer. Almost till date i must have spend Rs 2000/- by calling your number 0141-3928400 where you recepnist picking up the phone (does not knowing anything) just transfer the line to some other person even if the staff are not on seat
4) Your Theft Claim offiers - Swata Sharma and Navin are good for nothing - since last seven days i am continuously trying to catch them on phone at their direct line 0141-3928573 and 3928553 even bothers to pick up the phone once - if they are too much busy then why the hell you are providing the direct lines to them.
