I have complaint ON ICICI LOMBARD, i have insured my personal loan from icici bank with icici lombard gic. One of the policy term was if i loose my job the insurance company will take up 3 installments. but they are refusing to admit my claim though i was forced to resign by the company with out any mistakes from my end. Please suggest how i can fight back with lombard insurance company.A complaint was made to ombudsman also but they are not responding. Bank is charging interest for the non paid period who will be responsible for these.
