I have lost faith and trust in the company as despite my continuous chase, it has not bothered to satisfactorily solve the following complaint made for nearly four months now :

I refer to the telephone conversation with your Executive Ms Seema

>>> policy num and other details over telephone and informed that Bharti
>>> Axa NAV nowadays is going down. When I asked him the purpose of his
>>> phone call, he immediately disconnected and repeated calls to contact
>>> him has not materialised. I therefore thought of bringing this matter
>>> to your kind attention. I now give the telephone num of the person
>>> called y/day: 07838598270 which is not going through.

>>> I am afraid, there may be some checks and balances which need to be
>>> tightened up within Bharti-Axa on an emergent basis and keep me
>>> informed of the outcome of your efforts towards this end.
In view of the above, I would like to claim damages from the company, for the trauma caused due to the above incident and also the incapability of the company in attending to the customer's woes in a time-bound manner.
