I MosesJustin Nirmal Kumar has been presurised by the Axis bank to take Met life policies . I have paid Rs. Onealkh and fifty thousand in one stroke and asked for three policies in the name of my children Ebenezer J Moses Anita J Moses and Cynthia J Moses. They have issued two Policies in one stroke but has not issued the policy for Anita Ja Moses and after asking for clarification they have issued the third. Since we are not satisfied with their service I have requested for the return of the money but they are not repliying to our letters. The Franchise people asking us to pay when we remind them about this matter they are not bothering about it. I am a Senior citizen and my sugar and colostrol level has gone up and I am suffering with mental agony as the money deposited in the Axis Bank for safety has been focibily asked to deposit in Met Life and since their service is poor I have requested for the repayment I could not able to get it.
I sincerely humbly request you to help me in getting bace the money ane compensation for the mental agony caused and to my physical health. Expecting your valuable Guidance.

We are in receipt of your printed note dated nil regarding non-payment of renewal premium, our policy now in a LAPSE mode. This is in continuation to our earlier Advocate Notice dated 9-06-2008 by Mr. S. Stanley John Chennai 64, South Boag Road, T,Nager,600 017. We wish to inform you that I have paid one lakh and fifty thousand Rupees by one Cheque on 29-03-2008 of UTI Bank Adyar. on behalf of my children Ebenezer J Moses, Anita Josephine Moses and Cynthia Jacqueline Moses . you have sent Policies for Ebenezer J Moses and Cynthia Jacqueline Moses at one stroke and not issued the policy for Anita Josephine Moses till we raised our objection without any reason that too after two months . As such we are not satisfied with your service and we have sent a detailed letter followed by a Advocate notice. Unfortunately You have not responded to our letter or the Lawyer notice instead now you have sent the printed note dated nil regarding non-payment of renewal premium, our policy now in a LAPSE mode. We here by call upon you to take immediate action on the advocate notice sent earlier letter with in fifteen days failing which we have to take legal action for the deficiency of service and also followed by press meet to caution the public about the public suffering .
I sincerely hope that you will reply immediately at least to our letter.
