I had insured my bike (Hero Honda Karizma) with National insurance company,I met with an accident in the month of june 2010,immediately I have sent the bike to the nearest Hero Honda dealer followed by lodging complaint to the Company,after which the surveyor came & examined the bike along with fulfilling the written complaint with me & approved the claim.there was a long delay in delivering my bike (four months) as there were no spare parts available.when I took all papers & with bills to the concern branch of National Insurance the branch manager refused to settle my claim by saying that time is over for renewal which is no way concern to settle claim amount as it was to be done with no issue.
